Partnership Terms — Activity Partners
Last updated 10 June 2026
1. The partnership
You provide activities to Wrally's corporate clients at the wholesale rates you set in your offers. Wrally sets the client price, handles booking, scheduling and communication, and pays you for delivered sessions.
2. Your offers & availability
An offer you submit and we lock into the catalogue is a commitment: honour the slots you make available. A slot a customer has added to their calendar or booked can no longer be withdrawn or moved; available slots can be edited or withdrawn at any time from your portal.
3. Delivery standards
Bring the same quality to a Wrally booking as to your own clients — your brand and ours are both on it. Arrive prepared, start on time, and tell us as early as possible if anything threatens a committed session.
4. Payment
You are paid monthly in arrears for sessions marked delivered, at the wholesale rate agreed when the offer was locked. The client price is set by Wrally and is not your concern or your disclosure.
5. Cancellations
If a client cancels within the permitted window (more than two weeks before the date), the slot returns to your availability for resale. Partner-initiated cancellation of a committed session is a serious breach — repeated occurrences end the partnership.
6. Compliance & insurance
You confirm you hold a valid trade licence, any permits required for your activities, and adequate insurance for participants. You are an independent contractor; nothing here creates employment, agency or exclusivity.
7. Content
Wrally may capture photography and video at sessions for the client's use and, with attribution, for Wrally's own marketing. Tell us in advance if your venue restricts filming.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
