Wrally

Terms & Conditions — Companies

Last updated 10 June 2026

1. The service

Wrally curates, books and runs a quarterly programme of team activities for your company, delivered by vetted activity partners. Your plan defines how many sessions you can run per quarter; the catalogue defines what you can pick from.

2. Plans & billing

Plans are billed per quarter, in advance. Your first plan activates immediately; plan changes take effect from the start of the next quarter. Session allowances do not roll over between quarters.

3. Booking, cancellation & changes

Recurring programmes are locked in at least two weeks before the quarter starts. One-off activities must be booked at least two weeks in advance, and may be cancelled or swapped up to two weeks before the activity date. Inside that window the partner has committed the slot and changes are no longer possible through the platform.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your company profile, for ensuring attendees meet any requirements communicated for an activity (fitness levels, dress, dietary notes), and for your team's conduct at sessions.

5. Content

Where your plan includes photography or videography, you grant Wrally the right to capture sessions and to share that content with you for your internal and employer-brand use. Wrally will not use content featuring your employees in its own marketing without your written consent.

6. Liability

Activities are delivered by independent partners. Wrally takes reasonable care in vetting partners but is not liable for injury or loss arising from participation, except where caused by our negligence. Participation in physical activities is at attendees' own risk.

7. Termination

Either side may end the relationship at the end of a paid quarter with written notice. Fees for the current quarter are non-refundable once the programme is locked.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
